Our 4-Step Steam Cleaning Process
- Using a special pre-spray, we first levitate all the dirt and soil to activate the steaming process.
- Next, we use a “Steam” method, a hot water extraction process that clears off the dirt and gives your carpet a fresh, clean look.
- We then use our truck-mounted steaming equipment to extract all the grime, soil, and dirt, anything that can be filtered from the surface, back to the truck. This helps us vacuum up more dirt.
- We apply a scent deodorizer that freshens up your carpets, making them smell and look as good as new.

- Large Masters, Living/Dining Rooms, and Bonus rooms may count as 2 Rooms based on the size if the Room; if they are larger than 12*12 sq ft = 144sqft. Halls and Stairs count as Areas/Rooms as well.
- If you are not going to be at the address provided you must pay the day of before we complete services.
- If your hardwood floors are cleaned, please be aware all furniture must be moved prior to us arriving.If you get a glossy finish you cannot move the furniture back onto the wood for 24 hrs.
- A $10 travel fee will be accessed towards your service if you are located outside of Charlotte NC and it’s surroundings.
- A $20 travel fee will be accessed towards your carpet cleaning service if you are located outside of Huntersville, Mooresville, Monroe, Cornelius, York, Clover.
- You must spend a minimum of $79 in services for an appointment.
- Once you schedule an appointment please be aware that we do not move large furniture.
- If you cancel your appointment day of after confirming it the day before you will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
